About this Event
Join Malani Rose & Company as we explore the world of work and help students ignite their imagination for the future. This teacher-led, fun, and engaging workshop utilizes literacy concepts to help students turn their career ideas into adventures.
Students will:
- Meet the author, Dr. Terainer Brown, for an author reading.
- Engage in literacy and communication workshops that help students learn about the five career pathways featured in the book.
- Meet Detroit professionals from Law, Health Care, Community Leadership, City Government, and Radio and Film Broadcasting
